Please consider our Preventive Maintenance and Inspection Program for commercial customers. We offer inspections and maintenance, as well as a
10% discount for any parts needed, all for one set yearly price.
You choose how often we come out. We’ll lubricate and adjust each door, and inspect each component to make sure all is working well. We’ll let you know if any parts are needed immediately and fix it right then if possible. After, you’ll receive a Preventive Maintenance Repair Sheet and Quote detailing exactly what we did to each door, what problems we saw, and what may need replacing soon. This way you catch problems before they become disasters, cutting down on costly service calls. Even then, with a contract, we’ll lock in a lower rate of service for any unforeseen problems.
